Julia Galef

Julia Galef is the president and co-founder of the Center for Applied Rationality, a non-profit organization based in Berkeley, CA, devoted to developing, testing, and training people in strategies for reasoning and decision-making. She is a writer and public speaker on the topics of rationality, science, technology and design. She serves on the board of directors of the New York City Skeptics and hosts their official podcast, Rationally Speaking,

Ms. Galef has written for Slate, Science, Scientific American, Popular Science, The Philosophers’ Magazine, 3 Quarks Daily and Less Wrong.
